Business Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to head our India-based Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in IT services sales along with extensive experience engaging both Domestic and International clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead Generation & Business Development

    • Identify and generate high-quality leads and new business opportunities.
    • Understand client challenges and tailor service offerings to meet their business needs.
    • Collaborate with the technical team and demo specialists to deliver compelling solution presentations and drive deal closures.

    Client Relationship Management

    • Engage consistently with prospects through proactive follow-ups and effective communication.
    • Demonstrate strong product knowledge to address client queries and objections confidently.
    • Build long-term relationships and establish credibility with potential customers.

    Market Intelligence & Sales Reporting

    • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
    • Provide timely feedback to the product and leadership teams to enhance offerings.
    • Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities; deliver monthly sales performance reports.

    International Client Engagement

    • Leverage prior experience in engaging with both Domestic and International clients.
    • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to build brand visibility and develop new business channels.

    Team Leadership & Development

    • Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing Inside Sales team.
    • Assign resources effectively to support business objectives and client engagements.
    • Cultivate a collaborative and performance-oriented team environment.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in business or any relevant field. 
    • Proven experience in sales or business development. 
    • Strong on negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
    • Ability to work independently and within a team. 
    • Motivated and ambitious with a drive for results. 
    • Excellent time-management and organizational skills. 
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. 
    • Familiarity with the latest sales techniques and tools.
