
Business Development Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to head our India-based Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in IT services sales along with extensive experience engaging both Domestic and International clients.Business Development Manager
- Identify and generate high-quality leads and new business opportunities.
- Understand client challenges and tailor service offerings to meet their business needs.
- Collaborate with the technical team and demo specialists to deliver compelling solution presentations and drive deal closures.
- Engage consistently with prospects through proactive follow-ups and effective communication.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge to address client queries and objections confidently.
- Build long-term relationships and establish credibility with potential customers.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Provide timely feedback to the product and leadership teams to enhance offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities; deliver monthly sales performance reports.
- Leverage prior experience in engaging with both Domestic and International clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to build brand visibility and develop new business channels.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing Inside Sales team.
- Assign resources effectively to support business objectives and client engagements.
- Cultivate a collaborative and performance-oriented team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business or any relevant field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development.
- Strong on negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Motivated and ambitious with a drive for results.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Familiarity with the latest sales techniques and tools.
