Job description
Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Deploy, configure, and maintain services in Microsoft Azure including VMs, Storage, Networking, App Services, and AKS. Work with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, and CloudWatch for cloud operations and support. Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep. Monitor cloud environments to ensure high availability, security, and performance. Automate routine operational tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripts. Work closely with development teams to streamline build, deployment, and release processes. Manage and configure Azure DevOps Repos, Boards, Artifacts, and pipeline automation. Set up, maintain, and optimize Docker and Kubernetes (AKS) environments. Manage and configure Cloudflare DNS, CDN, WAF, firewall rules, caching, and Zero Trust policies. Provide L1/L2 IT Support, including troubleshooting systems, networks, hardware, and software issues. Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and escalation when required. Manage and support Windows/Linux servers, user accounts, access controls, and permissions. Assist users with network connectivity, VPN issues, printers, system configurations, and general IT queries. Ensure security compliance, RBAC management, and IAM best practices across cloud and on-prem systems. Maintain detailed documentation of systems, processes, architecture, and troubleshooting guides.
